Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ditto's marketing website (the "Site") or by joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Ditto is a pre-launch product. These Terms apply to the Site and waitlist only. Separate Terms will govern use of the Ditto platform once it is released.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, beta access, allocation of any DITTO token, or any other product or service. It simply adds your email to a list of interested users we may contact at launch.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or sale of securities, digital assets, or tokens. Information about the DITTO token is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change. Any future token sale will be governed by its own separate terms, eligibility requirements, and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Submit email addresses you do not own or have permission to use
• Submit fraudulent, abusive, or automated bulk signups
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or compromise the Site
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, mockups, and the "Ditto" name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Site uses third-party services (such as Supabase) to function. Your use of the Site is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ditto and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or waitlist.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
