Welcome to Ditto ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through our marketing website at ditto (the "Site").

At this stage, Ditto is pre-launch. The only personal information we collect is your email address (and optional user-type preference) when you voluntarily join our waitlist.

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Optional: your role (Creator, GPU Owner, or Both)
• Optional: your preference to be notified about the DITTO token sale
• A timestamp of your signup

We do not collect names, addresses, payment information, or any other personal data.

We use the information you provide to:

• Notify you when Ditto launches or opens early access
• Inform you about the DITTO token sale (only if you opted in)
• Send occasional product updates relevant to your stated role

We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties.

Waitlist signups are stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant database service, hosted in encrypted cloud infrastructure. A local backup may be kept in your browser to prevent accidental duplicate signups.

The Site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time. Your browser may store a minimal local record of your waitlist signup to prevent duplicates.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your email from our waitlist
• Unsubscribe at any time from any email we send

Ditto is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to waitlist members.
